[*]#4834 - Euroflir 410 EOS Tri-Sensor Turret [FLIR/CCD/Laser Designator] -- Group[/color]
it does have "#4837 - Euroflir [CCD]" twice plus "Euroflir (Laser Designator)", while it should probably have:
- 1 * "#4837 - Euroflir [CCD]"
- 1 * "#4835 - Euroflir [FLIR]"
- 1 * "#4836 - Euroflir [Laser Rangefinder]"
- 1 * "#4838 - Euroflir [Laser Designator]"
Source:
http://www.sagem.com/IMG/pdf/D1402E_Euroflir_410.pdf
Note that it is possible all turrets worldwide may not have all sensors fitted but I know no public source that gives such details. If anyone have one, it will be my pleasure to be proved wrong.
PS: I didn't knew there were such Sensor group device in the DB, it's great!

about #508 - PL-636.3 Kilo [Varshavyanka] -- Russia [1992-] (Navy), 2014
on project 636 four 533-mm TT is "old" an can only use decoy and Test-71(M,MK,MKE) and two 533-mm is "new" and can use UGST and "Calibr"
currently in database all six 533-mm TT can use UGST and in the same time cant use "Calibr" (3m54,3m14 and 91R)
this is not how russian 533-mm TT works

here is project 636 533-mm TTs
as you can see on project 636 there is two type of TT:
1) "old" 533-mm TT (number 3 and 4 on picture) have mechanical input of data, can only use old torpedoes (like TEST-71) cant use "Calibr" and "new" torpedoes
2) "new" 533-mm TT (number 5 and 6 on picture) you can see differences, presence on this TT a "thing" with many cables connected to it
this thing is ARVD-100 ((Agregat Raketny Vvoda Dannykh,Unit Missiles Data Input) and 100 is number of contacts in it)
ARVD-100 used for input of data in RPK-6 "Vodopad" and RPK-7"Veter"(for some reason named RPK-7"Vodopei" in database) ,USET-80K and SS-N-21a(Granat) in old subs , in new subs ARVD-100 used for input data in UGST torpedoes and "Calibr" family of missiles
and before you ask yes that mean old subs with ARVD-100 can fire "Calibr" and new torpedoes, only things prevented it, is "old" torpedo racks and "old" Combat Information and Control Systems, but after small upgrade all posible, as example (translation from russian):
"Multipurpose nuclear submarine of the Northern Fleet Project 671RTMK "Pike" - B-138 "Obninsk" has successfully completed firing the cruise missile from the Barents Sea hitting the target on the coastal range Chizha in the Arkhangelsk region, according to Interfax-AVN with reference to Head of the Information Support NF captain 1st Rank Vadim Sergu"

obviously very different things (rumours said L-01 greatly superior than MGK-400)
and please add "lost" TASS
http://sovsekretno.ru/public/userfiles/ ... 207711.jpg
also 533-mm TT on prolect 677 for some reasons can use UGST and export variant of "Calibr" but cant use 91R1
(actually why use export variants on russian sub anyway?)

RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues
And more stuff for Cambodia, which would come in handy for the scenario I'm writing at the moment (but if I have to wait, no big deal...I will simply put that scenario on the back burner until the platforms can be added)...
Lushun (Project 062-1-G) <-- similar to the other type 62 patrol boats, but apparently larger and quite a bit heavier (212 tons instead of 125); they're getting to be rather popular...China has some, Sri Lanka has some, Cambodia has some, and Ghana is buying some, it appears
http://www.worldwarships.com/class/lush ... ct-062-1-g
https://beegeagle.wordpress.com/2013/03 ... -hardware/
(Not much to go on, I know, but I hope it can be added eventually)
While I was doing research on Cambodia, I came across this little marvel, operated by Sri Lanka...
Ultra Fast Attack Craft/Colombo Class
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra_Fast_Attack_Craft
Sri Lanka also operates a 5.5-meter boat with a 150hp engine and a 23mm cannon (!) known as the Archer class but I could not find much information about it except the little on the wikipedia page.
Thanks for considering these.

RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues
Hi,
I'm not sure if this has already been requested but can we get Brimstone II added? It's got greater range than the original Brimstone:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brimstone_(missile)
Brimstone II:
60+ km (37+ mi) from fixed wing, 40+ km (25+ mi) from rotor wing[3][N 1]
http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articl ... ed-391932/
It's already been tested on Tornado and according to this it's nearly ready on the Typhoon:
http://www.baesystems.com/article/BAES_ ... first-time
What's interesting is they say the Typhoon can carry 6 Brimstone II and two Paveway IV.
Thanks!

RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues
Minor DB3000 nomenclature issue. Weapon_1074 Agni Missile. There are 5 variations of the Agni. Based on the range on Weapon_1074, I assume this entry is to represent the Agni-1 missile.

RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues
[ADDED DB v440]
I couldn't find it in the db, so I request to add the Podsolnukh E Coastal HF Band Surface Wave Effect Radar, at least for Russia. So far I read it is also sold to China at least. Could play a role in Black Sea scenarios and the present and upcoming events there, as its construction is announced for the Crimea. I linked sources in Baloogan's forum here
Probably it is not much data but generally some basic specs...

also still upholding this request for the russian SIGINT vessel [:)]

Hi,
I can see that this has been added to 1.06 but the range is still 16nm (29km) when it should be around 60km (37nm).
Thanks!
RE: Thread for DB3000 database problems, updates or issues
Hi
The database entry: 1722 - SAM Plt (Starstreak II Stormer) has a couple of torpedoes in the magazines in DB3000 Build 420, in fact they have an entire fort. Just a small correction.
