Rather hard IIRC... the manual flying and docking to space station is very hard thing...

But commitment is rewarded - the flying skills increase in time and it was great fun to do all things!

Leo "Apollo11"

Sounds very interesting, Leo. I may give it a shot.

I would, but I just don't have the time. Two (and soon three) PBEM games and I've finally finished Mass Effect 2 so I've imported my character into ME3. Plus a small child who is definitely Daddy's boy and my games time is becoming more and more limited.

Hi all,
ORIGINAL: Chickenboy

Leo, et. al., I never played 'Elite'. Is it a freeware online version of a typical space exploitation game (e.g., Master of Orion)?

"Elite" was the one and only - the very first (and from 1984)! [:)]

It is flight sim combined with exploration, adventure and trade - nothing can compare to "Elite"... [;)]

I have recently played Master of Orion II, one of the best games ever.

Also great: Imperium Galactica II

Back from fishing. There was a restaurant nearby that took my fish and presented it just a few minutes later grilled. Nice! [&o]

It would be nice to play a PBEM again....[;)]

I didn't go. As said: While the club might be great, I generally have a problem with getting hungry and no way to eat...

I guess I'll drive to Miami tomorrow. I think about booking at "Santa Barabara Hostel in South Beach". Look at the reviews on tripadvisor:

Seems like an interesting place to meet people and cockroaches [:D]

Well, if you dont find anyone to keep you company, you'll be able to hear some other folks who paid for theirs enjoying their investment. [:D]

What did you catch? Have a good time?
Around 10 Mangrove Snappers and White Grunts, which I gave away except for two. And two massive Red Groupers with 20 and 23 inches.
Another 6 Groupers which were either too small or not in season.

Yes, nice time. But I had hoped for some bigger prey. [:(]

Well, I should've read the website...
