Thank you for your questions.
Our primary intention is a diversionary attack to gain as time as possible in favour of the Java defense. We have now 800 allied aircrafts at Java (about 100 P-40 and 110 B-17 in the all), with the Easter Royal Fleet and 150.000 british, australian, netherlands, phillipinos and american troops, all gather at Soerabaja-Malang-Madicen perimeter.
The japanese player has about 70 Zeros and 50 Betty-Nells in Kwajalein (our home rules settled the maximum aircraft for 50 x airfield size with a +10% (like CV). In this moment the maximum air complement in the Kwajalaein airfield is 220. We´ll attack in Hammer II with 5 Carriers (Yorktown-Hornet-Lexington-Saratoga-Enterprise) to cover the amphibious forces. When the Maloelap island will be taken, then we transfer as P-40 as possible (150 at Tarawa-Baker Island-Canton awaiting) with another 60 B-26 marauders in the area too. We´ll fight for the air superiority trying to cut off the maritime lines at Kwajalein and crushing the airfield to avoid air flights.
In Hammer II the 2nd Marine division with 25 USArmy Infantry Division with the support of 1 tank battalon and 1 arty regiment will overrun the enemy defense in the island, we think only one day will be enough (50 AP-AK in the amphibious force to enlarge the beachhead in the first day). The 2nd marine para bn will be landed  by air at Jaluit with the support of 7th Marine Def. batallon by sea-landing. The guns of the battleship will bombard the maloelap the X-Day. Massive air cover will be get the X+1 day by CV´s fighters after air assault over Kwajalein (180 SBD will attack X-1 day at airfield, we think could be enough to destroy the runaway).
Thanks you for your question, and excuse me for my poor english

Don't apologize for your english...your english is certainly better than my Spanish! "Uno Cervesa Por Favor!" That's about all I know [:D]

When do you plan on kicking it all off? Remember not to group all your carriers into one TF! That would spell disaster if he gets a lucky attack! Do you know where the KB is?

skrewball thank you for your post !... One beer for you... then [:D]
About the planning of "Hammer-II", I am trying to collect all info about his forces in the area after I unload combat troops at Tarawa and to be in mind that I preserve the Wake island with USMC reinforcements after Hammer-I ops.
All my CV are in single CV TF (5 CV TF´s with Sara, Lex, Yorktown, Enterprise, with Hornet at running speed heading Canton and will arrive in 5 days).
CA Portland, CA Indianapolis and CA Chester have departured from Pearl Harbor after upgrades (SC Radar), heading to Gilberts, with TF Tennesse with BB Tenesse, CL Helena, and 5 destroyers following. All them will arrive in one week about. My upgraded CA will be join to CV TF´s
All my battleships (BB Maryland, BB Colorado and BB Pennsylvania) under RADM Newton (71/66), with BB New Mexico and BB Mississippi heading to Tarawa to arrive in two days. When ready all BB´s will be gather in this TF.

Now, I have 137 P-40, 21 F2A Buffalo and 33 B-26 Marauders ready at Tarawa airfield, with all CV TF´s at Abemama:

TF ENTERPRISE (Murray), with CV Enterprise, CA Astoria, CL St Louis, CL Honolulu, 5 DD, 78 AC
TF YORKTOWN (Buckmaster), with CV Yorktown, CA San Francisco, CA New Orleans, CL Phoenix, 5 DD, 79 AC
TF LEXINGTON (Halsey) with CV Lexington, CA Salt Lake City, CL Detroit, CL Trenton, 6 DD, 77 AC
TF SARATOGA (Spruance) with CV Sara, CA Louisville, CA Minneapolis, CL Concord, 7 DD, 78 AC
TF HORNET (Mitsher) with CV Hornet, 5 DD, 79 AC (running fast to Tarawa)

At Baker Island, 31 P-39D and 5 P-40 ready, and at Canton Island, 28 P-39, 22 P-40, 21 B-25 and 16 B-26 with 64 C-47 Dakota (will jump to Tarawa for the air assault over Jaluit with 2nd USMC Para Bn).

ASW Assets in the area:

TF ALFA: 5 x DMS at Tarawa atoll
TF BRAVO: 5 x FD DD at Makin atoll
TF CHARLIE: 2 x Fleet DD between Tarawa and Baker Island
TF DELTA: 3 x FD DD between Tarawa and Baker Island
TF ECHO: 3 x FD DD between Tarawa and Baker Island
TF FOXTROT: 5 x MSW between Tarawa and Baker Island
TF GOLF: 2 x Fleet DD at Baker Island
TF HOTEL: 4 x DMS at Canton Island

11 Catalina ready at Abemama island, 11 Coronado ready at Baker island and 11 Catalina ready at Howland Island.

AMPHIBIOUS FORCES Gathering at Gilberts islands:

PHIBRON 1: 9 x AP, 2 x DD, 2nd USMC Division and 34th Engineers Regiment
PHIBRON 2: 14 x AK, 5 x AP, 2 x DD, 7nd Defense USMC Bn, 107 USN Base Force, 2nd USMC Para Bn
PHIBRON 3: 14 x AK, 2 x DD, 193rd US Tank Bn, 183rd FA Reg, 78th & 56th Cst Arty Reg, 114 USN B.F.

PhibRon 1 will be land at Maloelap (1st wave) with PhiRon 3 like 2nd wave.
PhiRon 2 will disembark 2nd Para Bn at Tarawa and this unit will drop over Jaluit aboard 64 C-47 Dakota the X-1 Day. The other units in the PhibRon will land by sea the X Day.

KB was spotted at Feb 1st at NE off Hawaii (CV Shokaku, CV Zuikaku and CV Hiryu detected) (Maps situation could be seen in previous posts), CV Akagi hit a mine in Maloelap  one day ago, and CVL Ryujo was detected with her battle group in the Celebes Sea several days ago. Our enemy is a very conservative wargamer, and I detect today by SigInt the Combined Fleet HQ at Saipan. My idea is attack when ready strongly and quick, trying to crush the kwajalein airfield the first day, taking the Maloelap and Jaluit atolls the same day, and transfer so many land based aircrafts at Maloelap as soon as possible from Baker and Canton Island. I have 244 fighters and 70 bombers in the three airfields (Tarawa-Baker-Canton) with another 391 aircrafts aboard CV´s
