[font="times new roman"]I move the new corps into Garficon to try to surprise his small division that is currently stationed there.  I upgraded the corps with more spencer rifles and a ordnance cannon. [/font]

[font="times new roman"]The governor of Missouri is holding back 15 of my money a turn because he wants 22 battalions to be stationed in his state. Its starting to hurt my income to the point that I need to satisfy him but I just cannot spare the troops.  [/font]

[font="times new roman"]And at the end of this turn I am presented with an upgrade and chose Siege techniques incase I need to fall back to my forts if I continue to lose these battles.  What’s happening I believe is he upgraded most of his troops at the start of the game while I built up my economy and added several buildings to my side.  If I can hold out my superior economy should be able to let me overcome his military advantage at the moment and will the late game war.[/font]

[font="times new roman"]Another bad turn of the union.  My corps in Virginia meets lees army and suffers a defeat and another large army gets hit by disease, sigh.  I get another camp built bringing my reinforcements up to 5000 a turn.  I’m desperate here and decided its best if I try to muster two divisions worth of infantry from my cities. [/font]

[font="times new roman"]The situation in the east is desperate, I’m adding more Spencer’s to the corps and pulling them back to Maryland.  I don’t know how well they will manage if that rebel army comes into the north but hopefully they can cause enough damager to deter him from coming any farther.   [/font]

[font="times new roman"]Basically I don’t feel like explaining any of these so just look at the pictures.  In the last three turns both of my main armies have been ravaged by disease and that new corps got hit too.  So this year along, my main AoP and the army in the west have been hit by disease a combination 6 times.  Disease has taken both my armies down to 60,000 men while he is blessed with 100,000 men better trained and equipped armies.  Borderline stupid how disease has followed my armies.[/font]

I know I fell behind a few turns.  I blame it all on finals and my depressive showing so far, let’s get to trying to fix the situation.

He starts a siege in Cumberland against my fort and I lose another 8,000 me in Erie when the ANV inexpertly shows up there.  I’m attempting to get the remnants of the AoP back to the east to join up with the Corps that is already there as well as a new division I am mustering.

The remnants of the AoP is visible at the top of the shot, numbering only 50,000 men.  I’m resting all my hopes with the new corps who also numbers 50,000 men but is armed entirely with Spencer’s and a Ordnance cannon.
