Is it possible to mod population transfer/transports so it makes the transportees really unhappy on the turn they arrive? Is it also possible to mod happiness on the planet they left from so that it goes down when population there is transported somewhere else? Please let me know so I can request that in a patch if it is not possible at the moment.
