RE: Japanese ship art
I have been trying to find information for a Japanese Destroyer class Urukaze and can find no trace for it, there is also no such ship as the Urukaze according to my major reference book for the Japanese navy WARSHIPS OF THE IMPERIAL JAPANESE NAVY 1869 - 1945, so how come they are present in the games database ?[&:]

I don't have any books exclusively of just one navy however, I do have a few books that may have some helpful info for you. I'll check as soon as I can. Any other info that I may need to look things up?ORIGINAL: kirk23

According to the database, it appears to be a single-ship class. I think this is the same as the Urakaze class DD. Only 2 were built, in Britain, though the second ended up going to Italy instead. Here's the Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urakaze_class_destroyer.
The irony of the Urukaze/Urakaze class DD is Japan got frustrated with building ships overseas, and started building her own modern DDs at home. This led the 10 Kaba class DDs, which were so impressive France bought another 12 of them!
