Welcome my friend [:)], I stayed up late last night listening to the Yankees on the WC and worked on some more.

Here are improved logos I found while searching and a few new ones . Will add some more Marines in the very near future.

You betcha. Think this will go a long way towards addressing the camo v not camo likes/dislikes. great stuff! I'll leave the warships to Kelley and Brian (the pros from Dover), but might splash some paint on the auxiliaries, me own self. [;)]

RN Subs

Post by Smeulders »

Another update, this time all RN subs have been done. I've put them all in one update and added Truant (done by Dixie) as well, to get one download to get all the subs.

I've quickly taken a look at them and they don't seem too easy to find. If someone would give me a good place to start looking I might take a crack at them.

Smeulders - PM me your email address as I have a few ship emblem images that I have found. I can't remember the website, but I will try to look for it. Anyway, I can send you the emblems I pulled off of it.
Thanks.

Started on work for the USN CV's and I was able to find most. A couple are still missing though

Bon Homme Richard
Shangri-La
Randolph
For all of these I can find badges from later on in their careers when they were either classified as CVA or CVS

USS Franklin
This badge was probably changed after she was heavily damaged of Japan. Problem is that I can't find an original badge. The new badge has "Lest we forget, 921 KIA" on it, so not really a badge that should be used when she's just commissioned in the game.

If anyone knows of a place to find these badges, let me know.

Rotating Aircraft SideArt - Dutch and FAA

Post by Reg »

Hi everyone,

Please find attached the next couple of sets of Rotating Aircraft SideArt.

Set 003: Complete WITP-AE set of early Dutch aircraft updating to the National Flag insignia in Mar'42.

Set 004: Complete WITP-AE set Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm aircraft updating to the C1 then Blue/White roundels in Aug'43. The 1945 -O- insignia is not included as Cathartes didn't get that far with his Accurate Art Set....

Please note that I am only repackaging this artwork to the rotating art format. The artistic credit is fully due to Cathartes!!

===================================
Installation instructions:

To make things easy, just unzip this distribution into your AE game folder (after making sure the "use folders" option is set. The zip file includes the Art directory.

To verify correct installation, just load the Andy Mac's Buccaneer scenario. As this is set in Oct'43, the FAA aircraft sideart should have updated to the Blue/White roundels.

===================================

There you go Dixie.......

==================================================
THIS DOWNLOAD IS NOW OBSOLETE!!!

Please use the index to the rest of the Aircraft Rotating Art here.... to locate the latest version of this Rotating Artwork Set.
