Land Movement:

China:

Minor movement in the Maginot Line (and the line is reinforced by CAV Div).

USSR:
Units moving closer to the Finnish border.

CW:
HQI + HQI + MECH -> Towards the Belgian border in France.
Several units move to west coast ports.

Air Rebase:

No GS or SB.
Rail moves - German INF to Frankfurt, Kiel & Konigsberg.
Movement is obvious except for Italian TER advancing on Nairobi.

Attack on Changsha the Chinese have Fighter and AA available?
Odds currently +16.75 with HQ committed.
Don't beleive you would require a save transfer.

The heroic effort by the Chinese air force was not enough to secure a victory at Changsha. Further efforts are deemed necessary to eliminate the Japanese air superiority.
