A few sticky greens is the best "penetration aid". Although the "ladies" of Helensburgh seemed to have developed their own defences against such things.

Yamashiro is a battleship. Tojo is an airprane. It is an interesting idea. OSS fakes an affront to the Prophet (PBUH,IBEW,BPOE) allegedly committed by Japan-mens and then send in jihadi cheerleaders to the Southern PI and DEI and Malaysia. The problem would be to turn it off when the war is over.

Then we bomb both praces. Raids over Taihoku are quite effective. Not so much over Naha.
The problem is the B-17's have to fly from Batan Is (level 5) and the B-24's from Aparri (level 6). You just can't sustatin the heavies from these airfields for long.
Aparri is still building but Batan Is is maxed out.
Karenko is at 4.17 and Miyako-jima at 3.9. Miyako might even make level 5 before we are ready to land at Okinawa.
