I only have this one here...the Pag peninsula, with the city of Pag.

Because of the strong winds over there, there is not much vegetation.

My location of choice now is Petrcane...i need a 15-16 hours drive to get there, for anyhing more south i need to sleep somewhere.

Close to Zadar and beautiful small, with a nice cafe right on the sea.

From Vienna (in Austria) to Zadar is about 8 hours - you are much more to the north?

I am in the ruhr area, in that cluster of citys with Dortmund and Bochum and so on..thats far more north.

Distance is somewhat around 1400km...some family members said they ´ve done it around 13 hours.

I think they have not that interest in speed limits.[:)]
