General
1. 40% turn ends, 12% allies get another impulse this turn.
2. 60% axis get another impulse x 50% fine in north temperate = 30%.

USA – combine
1. US only Western Allied with spare CPs (3 in Manilla, Philippines) that can reach & establish supply/oil line through East Indian Ocean to NEI Sumatra & Japan; specifically, Talok Betong & Batavia; respectively.
2. However; to do so they have to run the IJN blockade (60% pass) in the South China Sea.
3. Chance of running the blockade 93.6% (60% - 1st, 76% - 2nd, 93.6% - 3rd).
4. The estimated chance of surviving for any that fail is 45.6 (i.e., survive this impulse & if turn continues, next).
5. US merchantmen fleet in Manilla is order to establish supply through the East Indian ocean.
6. Use remaining naval moves (if any) to optimize SAS escorts in Pacific.
7. Debark x 2 (LM 1-2/4) 2nd Arm div, XXXIV inf corps; CSV->Morocco.
8. This unloads all USN TRS Gps in CSV for strategic RTBs (i.e., places to transport more US ground troops the front or UK).
9. LM 3-4/4. Clark, 1st Mot Eng div -> Reykjavik, which positions both for transport to the front.
10. Rail 1/1. Eisenhower -> SW1-Bone (Aures Mts).
11. Optimize rebase of USN Navs in the Atlantic bases for escort (reaction) and patrol.
