Hey kids,

It'd be rude of me to sign on to the forum without checking in on THE THREAD!!!. I won't be posting much, due to other commitments, but here I am.

'T' old chap... it's good to see that bald head again, and I for one have missed your stabilizing wit.

Which is to say that before he came back the place was completely witless. [:D]

A remote New Zealand radio outpost has picked up the following weather broadcast on December 7, 1941:

Higashi no kaze ame
Nishi no kaze hare

Translation to English.

-Please don't bet me too badly Mr Emu

-I haven't got a hope again your Emu genius

"bet me too badly", eh? Is that like GIVING points and taking Notre Dame over Alabama? [:-]

While Onime's antics are amusing, I don't know if I'd go so far as saying they're admirable.

Not a political post, please dont take it as such.

They really need to vet their spokespeople better.

I agree. Piers Morgan is a terrible interviewer / political hack. CNN really should vet their spokespeople better.

Dont really have an opinion on Piers Morgan, never watch the show. But that display of tinfoil hat histrionics is enough to turn me off to any point of view that guy might have.
