Last turn maybe?

I made 17 Glory last turn but that included a naval battle. I am 17 away from 2000.

So what are the lessons about the game engine that we can offer to WCS based on this match?

I think your idea of a seperate post game thread was a good idea and we ought to start that when it's over.

We found a bunch of bugs and features too easily exploited I think.

The main thing I learned from this game is that the Russian army can stand against the Prussians only if they attack them from behind![:D][:D][:D]

HiHi

OK Mus & folk that ain't ever seen it, here's a screen shot of the Victory page, the Flags flap a bit & the Rays rotate sort of thing but this is the best I can do, had to run it x3 to get the same dice roll, kept coming in at 1999!

All the Best

Man those chicks are having a bad hair day, eh? Looks like they just jerked some common hussy peasant girls out of the fields and alleys to model for that one.

Congratulations on a good win Mus! You played it smart all the way through.

Congrats on everyone for a fun match!

So what are the big lessons about game engine we learned here that might inform the next patch? My thoughts:

1. Forage ability is way too strong. Would suggest it simply reduces attrition.

2. March attrition without sitting-still attrition is bull-hockey. Higher diffs should involve attrition PERIOD.

3. Need an on-map marker for provinces that have finished an infrastructure project but have not been reset.

4. Need to nerf amphibious ops, put some sort of limit on size of ampbibious forces.

5. Penalties for breaching treaties should be upped?

6. Battles tend to _feel_ very random (even if, in fact they are not). Not sure what might be done there.

7. Diplomat suitcase nuke "problem;" what do we conclude there? I tend to think that the Capture/Expel defense seems pretty sufficient? Would be nice if high levels of garrison or troop in a provinces reduced the chance of an insurrection?
