No idea why PH is OOS. I noticed that putting one CP in the Mexican Coast put it back into supply (I aligned Mexico also but I doubt that made any difference). Weird.

The Dusseldorf MIL made no attempt to be placed this turn (Mar/Apr). It might be because it was still in the Jan/Feb reinforcement slot and thus it would not get checked this time around? No idea why it didn't push the MIL forward to the next reinforcement step (Mar/Apr) when it failed to be placed last time (Jan/Feb).

My point being that maybe your fix would have worked if the MIL would have been placed as arriving now.

Thanks for the suggestion of putting a CP into Mexican Coast (edited from Honolulu). That fixed the supply issue for the Americans in the Pacific.

USA declares war on Vichy France.

Combined action for USA, naval for FF and UK, land for USSR.

The USA make their naval moves in the North Atlantic to the Cape Verde Basin. UK convoy protection and transport moves.

USSR rails militia units onto Zhukov and Koniev. They generally try to strengthen their lines across the front.

Dutch transport reorganizes two CP in Gibraltar.

The Dusseldorf militia is now arriving (perhaps he already was, not sure) in January/February. It's annoying for you I'm sure but probably doesn't change the balance of the game.

I want to tip my hat to the Axis commanders. They have knocked out China, Australia, and taken Eastern Siberia and most recently Moscow. The Russians are teetering and 1942 will be a decisive year for their survival.

The yanks are in it now, so let's hope for the sake of the free world that their industrial might can defeat these racist (at least with regards to the Germans and Japanese) fascists trying to take over the world.

No support for the Mexican Coast. Use the same logic for the other sea areas as the logic above. The only difference is go to San Diego if they can be intercepted going to Honolulu.
