See Post 1. Pre-war, China (Fukien) produced 48% of the world's tungsten. The problem is that Harry never put a resource symbol anywhere near Fukien. We are allowed to identify resource types, but to move a resource symbol to a more accurate location is treated as close to sacrilege.

Yes, there are no RP in Fukien.
As for the sacrilege, I've moved more resources these last weeks than I did for the past 2 years.
