One of the weakest points of IJN is its destroyers - there are barely a hundred. How many have been sunk to date?

So far I have sunk 5 Japanese destroyers. I'm more afraid of their subs which I have been spotting around the Philippines lately. Also I saw some subs near New Guinea close to my supply lines going to Rabaul.

I have sent the 2nd Marines to invade Wotje and begin the invasion of the Japanese Marshall Islands opening the Supply lines to Australia. I have sent two Australian Divisions to start the conquest of the Caroline Islands. I think I'm gonna skip Truk Island because it's heavily fortified its the Gibralter of the Pacific but I can go around it. This will open up the line of supply and communications to Guam which is surrounded by the Japanese. I want to build up Guam into a huge base to use my fleet from to create a more effective blockade of the Japanese home Islands a couple of subs a month just isn't cutting it. The build up of Guam is gonna take time, but will be worth it in the end.
