Japanese Minelayers Natsushima class ( 13 ships ) Brand new addition to the game,these ships were completed in 1915 & survived to serve in world war 2! They use BITMAP CODE = JnSide0177 which is a spare number in the database.[:D]

I know you have been deep into the battleship grey but I guess you could ask yourself what would have influenced each nation? The US once had the Great White Fleet. Germany pre-WWI was considering countershading with darker colors (as opposed to dark deckside, light keel, it was dark and less dark) since it expected most of the action to be North Sea oriented, and may have been more open to different paint for different seas. Britain wanted uniformity for a world fleet so that any ship could serve in any ocean. The Chinese may have trouble affording paint [:'(] (maybe rust/silver in a weird camo pattern). So maybe put yourself in each nation's shoes and think, what would motivate them? For some nations it will be presence like the Great White Fleet was, others it may be practicality, a way to lower visibility in the seas or to reduce costs, for some it may be necessity, they are stuck with the ships they could find and really can barely afford to modify them let alone give them a uniform look. Also while I like the flag on the ship, I liked it the upper left corner too, much more visible.
