download this file and own the Campaign for South Vietnam scenario. I've included the equipment file and everything. Just
truncate the dot text off the end of the filename and THEN unzip it.

This AAR makes me want to buy the game!

Lemme tell you how much I like TOAW. I started w/ TOAW IIII way back in 2003 or so and played it for a number of years and then
WITE came out and I had to try that of course. And played that for about 9 months or so and then I moved on to WITP-AE and played
that for about a year or so ( I still have a PBEM game going on in WITP-AE and I'm the Jap player) and it's an excellent game but there
seems to be way too much detail and so much action going on that you have to keep track of that it's important to take notes and keep
the "battlefield situational awareness" in your head from one turn to the next that seemed more like a job than a game. It's more a
simulation than a game. And then about 10 months ago I moved back to TOAW III because I actually missed playing it. It's that
good.

Here's some of the weapons we captured from attacking the VC regiment near Da Nang. This is just a small sample and there's more
where this came from.

Here's some Marines from the 1/5 being moved out to the AO from Da Nang in a CH-47 Chinook helicopter. The ride will be relatively
short and there's a welcome respite from the heat on the ground but when they arrive at the AO they will be thrust back into the sauna
and have to go back to work.

Here's a picture we got from one of the prisoners. This picture was probably taken recently.

Here's a picture of a Chinook in the process of conveying a 105mm arty piece out to the AO from Chu Lai. It will make several trips
before the whole battery is moved.

Here's a picture of Saigon right around the corner from MACV. They sell anything and everything to GI's from the black market. It's an
open secret.

An airmen stands in front of a fire truck and C-130. After landing at Bien Hoa, the front left main tire blew and a fire started in the wheel wells. The fire was extinguished by a passing soldier using a fire bottle/extinguisher. The fire truck arrived and sprayed the plane with foam. It was months before the aircraft was fixed.

I was moving the 1/7th Marines and came upon a VC unit. Now to surround and destroy him w/ a ground attack supported by arty and
air strikes.

I'm going to send the brown-water boats to attack a VC unit just to see what kind of firepower it has against land units. I'm doing this
because I've never done this before and I don't know what happens, etc. And I'm going to support the boats w/ lots of air strikes.

I was moving the 1/4th regiment down the road when an alert point man detected the emplacements of a VC unit. Now to bring up some
more attackers and see what arty is available and see about some air strikes to boot.

Okie dokie.......I've brought up some more blockers and moved the arty into range and assigned a squadron for air strikes. I'm not going
to attack right away, I want to do a recon by arty first to see how strong the unit is and soften it up a little bit first.
