Axis 6, Allies 8. No combat.

Axis decline combat in Baltic Sea. France can initiate if they want.

I have spoken with my Chief of Staff and will heed his wise counsel.

The French pick the 0-box only, they will use 3 surprise points to select a target and the rest to increasing damage. Thank-you.

French cause X D A. French use 3 points to choose target for X, which ships is it?

Final result.

How do you place damage to French ships?

Axis stay, how about Allies?

D to one of the 2 factor CA's. Assuming it gets the D, first A as well. Second A to the other 2 factor CA. 3 factor CA as last choice.

Allies stay.

Good work No.1, I concur with all decisions made. There is absolutely no reason to abort the 4th Cruiser Squadron. They have been given their orders, they are aware of what is happening in the western end of the Baltic, and Admiral Lemonnier and his men are grimly determined to see out their mission. Long Live France!!

Result for Allies. Is St-Malo good for aborts? Brest is occupied by CW unit.

Both roll 7 on second round and combat is over. For some reason French ships don't have range to go back to France, that must be a bug? Germany controls Copenhagen, but not Frederikshavn.

If I send CA to Aarhus Denmark, can it rebase during conquest phase to France?

No bug. It can not leave the Baltic directly.

RAC: 11.4.4 Naval movement restrictions
....
You can’t move naval units between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea (even via Fredrikshavn or
Kristiansand) if major powers you are at war with control at least 2 of Oslo, Copenhagen and Kiel.

No. It will have to be destroyed. Although if it is disorganized it will be treated as overrun first.

Yes, I forgot that Frederikshavn alone is not enough to abort from Baltic Sea to North Sea.

Impulse #13 (Axis)

No strategic bombing. No Ground Strikes. No rail movement.

Italian forces advance into Tunisia, French Somaliland, Kenya, and Anglo-Egyptian Sudan.

The Japanese 4th cavalry division ride through the Ordos desert, and raid deep behind the Chinese lines.

No land combats.

A light bomber is rebased from the central front in China to the north front.

No reorganization.

Turn would end on a 7 or less, but it continues with a die roll of 9.

I appear to have missed something in the rules. Can someone please point me in the direction of the rule that says:

Vis-a-vis the first turn of the game, if warspite1 is playing the Allies then the first turn goes on for ****ing ever. However, if the aforementioned numpty is playing as the Axis then the first turn ends immediatement, if not sooner.

I would rather have your short nice weather turn, than our long bad weather turn. [:)]

It’s not you, it’s me. Don’t be so hard to yourself [:D]
Me playing Axis = long first turn, me playing Allies = short first turn.

Edit: you will see when we play as team!
