The way I do it is to use an image host. Image Shack is a very widely used one (http://imageshack.us/). Upload the gif or jpg there and they will generate some "codes" for it. Copy the one for "Direct" and then add it to your sig inbetween "[im[/i]age]" and "[/im[/i]age]" without the quotation marks.
This game does not have a learning curve. It has a learning cliff.

I missed the "banned' pictures. Were the pictures band because they were nuns, because they showed too much or because they were nuns showing too much?
