After reading about the earthquakes in NZ this morning, I realized we haven't heard from Des since the day he was supposed to be going home from the hospital.  I sent him an email to check in.  I sure hope we hear all good news back!  

You're right. It's been a while since we've heard from our resident THREAD kiwi. Thanks for remembering to contact him-let us know what you hear back please.

It's a good 'beer and pretzels' sort of bug shoot 'em up. Good special effects and some over the top splatterisms. Combine with some extremely satisfactory shower (and tent love scene) shots and you've got yourself a worthwhile Netflix or rental movie there. [&o]

This morning there was an apartment fire across the street behind the car dealership. My guess is it was started by some Somali's deep frying a goat on the deck.[:'(]
