I hear 'ya. My first winter in Pennsylvania (previously living in NoCal) found me spinning out on ice twice. Once I dented the fender on a misplaced telephone pole. Oopsie! [:D]

Sure. Still getting settled-in here. But hopefully soon. Looking into finally getting internet at home. Just waiting to see if things are going to stay busy here. So far so good, first week is almost over. Three hospital projects going. A great start. Still a little gun shy though after the last five years.

If I remember correctly there was error in the last turn I sent. If so it was early enough into the scenario that we could just start over. No one had sighted each other, and no shots had been fired.

Make it the 60's and you're correct. It's a Volvo Amazon. I had a 1964 looking just like that.

It's a classic 1960s Volvo 122. I had a good friend who had one of those. Perverse as he tended to be he painted it British Racing Green...

I recall one time when the muffler mount broke on it. He used a necktie to secure it until he could reach a repair shop.

Actually it looked better than it was. [:(] Even though it was a 1969 in 1976, it had seen too many Maine winters (with all the salt and corrosion that brought) and had not been very well maintained. It was also horrendously over powered. One day I floored it and broke 3 out of 4 engine mounts! [X(] I keep telling my spouse that we should get one of the newer Mustangs which are a definite nod to the old cars. That way I could have a 8 cylinder engine that actually had 8 cylinders that worked! [:D] This car had to be junked a couple of years later as the frame had mostly collapsed. [:(]

Meh. [:(]

I believe my old car still lives. At least I know that a veteran enthusiast in a small village up north owned it some years ago. Apparantely only used it during summer while renovating it during winter.
