Intrepid CW MAR corp and DIV invade Frederikshavn. Will Italy use notional? There is a lot of shore bombardment avail so it seems yes? Also pick blitz or asslt if you are able to make that decision now. If not it can wait of course.

We have a serious bug here. Somehow, the CV Illustrious, though disorganized, managed to send its CVP to the North Sea last impulse. See picture above with the orange CVP1 with 3 in naval air. And that cause trouble with return to base with just one CVP alone at sea, even though it is listed as being aboard the carrier.

And here is HMS Illustrious, disorganized, in port. Missing the offending CVP that was stacked on her at the beginning of last impulse. Note that the offending CVP is shown both at sea or in port.

I replayed the impulse and left the CV in port to avoid the bug. This is of course not ideal.

Impulse #1 (Axis)

No declarations of war.

Land: Germany, Japan
Combined:
Naval:
Air: Italy

No port strikes.

Germany fly one FTR2 to the North Sea 2-box (from Kiel).
Italy fly one NAV2 to the North Sea 2-box (from Bordeaux).

The Italian naval bombers begin searching for HMS Nelson. Will CW support the BB with any air? CW has 3 FTR2 that can reach up to the 1-box, and several bombers that can reach up to the 3-box (one on extended range).

The Japanese air force has been challenged to do something about the Chinese production.

So their Strategic Air Force begin operation Broken Keel by sending their elite squadrons to bomb Chungking.

Impulse #1 (Axis)

Germany, and Italy, flies 6 bombers on three ground strike missions on the central front in Belarus, USSR. See picture.

The Soviet Union has two fighters available for interception.

Germany, and Italy, has 4 FTR2, and one FTR3, available for counter-interception?

Will USSR intercept any of the ground strikes?
