Oh noooo [:(]

I was going to share something I had found 3 or 4 years ago (and followed more or less regularly) but looks like Twitter annihilated that account! [:@]

I guess you have to know that there are fake celebrities twitter accounts. Parodies of course. The thing is some of them are really funny. I mean, no 14 years old behind the whole thing.

The Japanese midfielder Shinji Kagawa was the target of one of those parodies. Even real footballers interacted and mentioned the troll (or fake Kagawa that is). Rio Ferdinand was one of them.

But then I have just noticed that Twitter has terminated that "joke". A lot of swearing and "Engrish" but good laughs overall [:D]

Evil Kagawa @evilkagawa
I leave six people locked in cellar in Manchester, I no go back. This what Kagawa do. This parody. I watch you!

Good luck to all the British teams in action over the weekend - particularly to Wales and Northern Ireland who face tough tests against Israel and Finland respectively.

Big, big games for these two - if they can manage to win then both countries can make a big stride toward qualification for Euro 2016; Wales have only qualified for one major championship - the 1958 World Cup! while Northern Ireland - although they have been a bit more successful in World Cup qualification (three I think) they have never appeared at the European Championship finals.

Good luck to both!!

Thanks Warspite, and what a performance!

3-0 and could have been 6.

As a Cardiff City season ticket holder, a Wales fan and a Glamorgan cricket fan, I can tell you that supporting has been hard. But I stick with them, and when, lik etonight, it works it is marvellous!!

Hopefully more of the same from Northern Ireland too [:)].

You get the feeling that Wales really need to take this opportunity. Over the years they have had some pretty decent players but have always fallen short - been unlucky too, I remember World Cup qualification for Argentina 1978 and the game against Scotland [:(]

Be great to see them in a major finals.

Well done to all the British teams at the weekend - Northern Ireland almost matched the Welsh performance!!

A very real chance that these two can join England in the finals next year. For Scotland the task is a little harder - but they are by no means out of it.

I don't know, but I assume from that comment they are in trouble? If so they are not exactly alone - look at Holland!!

I say that Holland is in trouble and Greece are done. And Greece where the top seeded team in the group and they lost to the Faroe Islands.

Did you see that flare hitting the Russian goalkeeper in the beginning of the match versus Montenegro?

I was surprised they let the game continue for a while despite that. And I was stunned when I heard that Platini personally ordered the match to continue. It was later abandoned when even more stuff was thrown at the Russian players. [X(]

Edit: Would be nice if someone could confirm that Platini was involved in this.

There are stupidity in ice hockey as well. Take a look at this assault before the match has even begun...

The football season begun with a win. [X(]

What the %&#% happened?! [&:]

But who am I to complain when they (we) win the season opening for the first time ever (or so it feels anyway). [:)]

Well its nice to get off to a winning start.

Sadly Tottenham are a total shambles of a team [:(]

Levy (Spurs chairman) needs to back Pocchetino in the summer or its going to be really difficult next season. You should have seen the Paulinho miss on Sunday (don't know if its available on you tube but should be - it is beyond embarrassing.....).

We need a major clear out - Kaboul, Capoue, Paulinho, Adebayor, Chirches hopefully will be on their way.

Personally I would be pleased to get rid of Chadli, Soldado, Fazio and Lamela too.

The jury is out on Stambouli, Townsend and Davies.

Of the rest I would like to keep Lloris of course but surely he will go to a sensible club.

What a piggin' mess....

Typical - for the second season running Arsenal get a Championship team in the FA Cup Semi-Final (conveniently ignores Spurs drawing ahem.. Sheffield United in the League Cup semi).

Let's just hope that Aston Villa can spring two surprises and beat Liverpool in their semi and then Arsenal in the final. Would be nice to see Villa win the FA Cup once more. When I was a kid they held the record for the most win - 7.

However that record has long since vanished and apart from one Cup Final appearance (they lost) in 2000, Aston Villa have done nothing since 1957!! when they beat Manchester United.

Come on Villa!
