End of turn

No partisans. Garrisons were tested in Yugoslavia, and French Indo-China.

USSR placed their pact marker on offence, and moved another marker from defence to offence.

End of turn

US place one entry marker vs Japan.

US plays Embargo on strategic materials (modified by -3). (4 rolled)

US also plays Lend Lease to Western Allies, and that caused some tension. (8 rolled)

Allies end of turn:

Preliminary planning:
CW - 22 production points - 22 BPs.
France - 0 production points - 0 BPs.
USA - 40 production points - 30 BPs.
USSR - 25 production points - 15 BPs.
Chia - 7 production points - 7 BPs

I had trouble with getting the CW resource to China. Managed to get the CW oil to production for China to produce fully. However, that removed one oil that China planned to save for the future...

Stay at sea:
The following units stay at sea.

CW:
All CPs
1 and 4 box in the Faeroes Gap
1 box in BoB
1 and 4 box in the North Atlantic

4 box in the Caribbean
CA in 3 box in the West Med
SUB in 4 box in the Italian Coast

France:
All CPs

USA:
CPs (8 of the 20 CPs used for trading with Japan returns to base)

USSR:
CP

I am sorry about my mistake not to specify what BB should be built. The BB (2nd) should be a 4 BP BB. Take BB South Dakota and there should be 5 BPs over for the AA:

We have tried to advance the file but seem to encounter an oil issue for Axis.

With the file received at Breakdown GER has 9 Oil Saved on Map and is saving 4. When we advance to Reinforcements GER is showing 11 Saved Oil, so missing 2.

JP seems to gain 1 extra during the same stages.

We will post our instructions below and see how Orm goes with a walk thru .....
