3am now, crashed to sleep at 10pm last night on the couch. Woke-up with a stiff neck and the munches, but also with an urge to post. Must be some sort-of psychological condition's maybe, hope it is not the dreaded 'Faber' syndrome. God help me! [X(]

Why is your dude off school in late April for a week? Do you have year-round school there, Mike? Do you go 15:45?ORIGINAL: USS America
Enjoying your week of vacation?
I'm enjoying my "forced vacation" this week more than most as my son is off of school, so no early mornings getting him off to school. [:)]

Anyway, dudes...a long day tithe.
Took veterinary students in two dairy facilities and then two poultry facilities. Got back just in time for karate. Left home at 5:45am, got back at 9pm.

There are year round schools here, and the number is increasing, but Alex is on the traditional schedule. This week is their Spring Break week (just before Easter.)

I can recall a Mr Natural and an Orange Sunshine, but never a variety called Mr Sunshine! [;)]

What a beautiful day and evening in North Carolina today! [8D]
It's perfect tailgating weather, but alas, there are no NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs for the Hurricanes this year. [:(]
So, I'm having a beer and getting ready to watch hockey on TV.
Wow... doesn't a team have to be fairly pitiful to miss the NHL playoffs?
I recall that an Atlanta sportswriter once wrote "If the NBA had scheduled WW2, Germany and Japan would still be in it today." My response at the time was "If the NHL had scheduled WW2, Italy and France would also still be in it today..."

Sent my first PBEM turn (me as Japan) for my rematch with Fallschirmjager, so the excitement is building for it's return. I have had a few Pearl Harbour raids over the years, but still have that fear that it will be a bad one. I've always had this superstition, that the result of the Pearl Harbour strike will mean a lucky or unlucky game.

Thanks Bruce... I am happy to be out of of hospital, seven weeks is far too long, and I think I was becoming institutionalised (or just plain crazy
).

Hi Mike... hope the storms in your area are finished, I would get a bit scared if thoughts big twisters start dropping in.

Ha haa... no I think maybe it is more about the Codeine that I'm on, and haven't smoked anything for years and years now.
