You help keep the rest of us sane by providing an intellectual helm in this forum, as far as I'm concerned.

This is rapidly becoming "the Thread, Mk II"...., and serving no useful purpose.

Ok, back to the original subject of this thread. Terminus just confirmed that it's NOT a patch that is to be released...

If it's not a patch is an add-on...wonder what kind of add-on...[&:]
WPO connected structurally to witp?? a MEGA-GIGA-game starting from 1930 and ending with the Korea War?

Seems quite strange to me that witp needs an add-on...it will need a final comprehensive patch...with the work of the CHS-RHS teams included in it...would be great

or...maybe maybe...the CODO WILL BE RELEASED!!! ...but it's probably too early.

I don't see why it would be too early for such a release since they have state they aren't going to produce WiTP 2 and thus the commercial reason for not releasing the base code is much reduced.

Well, that's that settled then.

Unless there's some other way for "them" to continue using the code.

Didn't "they" confirm a while ago that WitP code has already been recycled a couple of times, and that it is by now "spaghetti code" because of all these revisions? If that's the case, it's probably easier to write new code than to alter WitP code another time.
