I appear to have missed something in the rules. Can someone please point me in the direction of the rule that says:

Vis-a-vis the first turn of the game, if warspite1 is playing the Allies then the first turn goes on for ****ing ever. However, if the aforementioned numpty is playing as the Axis then the first turn ends immediatement, if not sooner.

[:D]

It’s not you, it’s me. Don’t be so hard to yourself [:D]
Me playing Axis = long first turn, me playing Allies = short first turn.

Edit: you will see when we play as team!
warspite1

Well when that happens one of us will lose our first turn record - and as I will be on your team then, I hope its you that maintains your record [:)]

First up, the Italian Coast.

The Italians could fly 2 FTRS's. Re.2000 up to 1-box and CR.42 to the 0-box. Any offers?

Searches: Allies 5, Axis 8. No combat.

Next up, the Baltic where the surviving French CA attempts to find the German convoys.

Searches: Allies 4, Axis 8. The Allies find and include the 0-box only. The French use their surprise points to maximise damage to the Germans. How do they want to place losses?

Losses as requested. I don't bother with the dice roller for Graf Spee as 2 A's will send it back to port no matter what.

The French incursion into the Baltic is ended as the last CA is aborted. It retires to Frederickshavn.

What do the US want to do with the US Entry chits?

Edit: To move the game on (I cannot save at this phase) I choose Ge/It pool and no US Entry picks.

However, occasionally some things appear to go as desired.

The thing to remember is Murphy's Law is itself subject to Murphy's Law (a lesser known insight only generally acknowledged by students and practitioners of Advanced Murphology). A rough translation is 'If anything can go wrong with the thing going wrong, it will.' It provides the only documented exception (Murphy's Law in operation) to the well known general rule 'Two wrongs don't make a right'.

Germany still has 2 BP's for production. Do you want to save or build something?

Options are MIL, CAV or MTN Divs, combinations of sub 1st and 2nd or repair CA.
