Actually in Lemurs 3.1 that me and Ron were playing, the Judy is available 2 months after the A6M3. June/July 42 IIRC.

I got them 1 month early and was cranking them out at 220 per month. Within 2 months, I had every CV equipped with them and most land based groups.

So do not blame the game engine or research capability, helps to check the availability screen in any mod you happen to be playing.[:-]
