If I medicate myself enough, I may have a very nice weekend. Foot and back problems are not enjoyable.

As far as a picture of a lady friend to share, how about a video of a female cat being vacuumed?

If the cat enjoys being vacuumed, then yes. If not, then perhaps it is better for me to abstain.

Also, I have some (technological) trouble watching videos on youtube at the moment. Rumble works. This has me baffled. Spent a lot of time trying to fix it, but have, for the moment, given up on fixing it.

Foot and back problems are not enjoyable.

I am sorry to hear about your problems. Any chance that the back can get better? I sadly assume that the foot can not.

Anyway. It is good to hear that medication helps somewhat.

I have bone spurs in my lower spinal column (lower back) and twisting can cause small tears. Add in the misalignment of the leg bones to hip and back area due to foot problems on both feet, I don't think that it is repairable. I was told that the bone spurs are indicating arthritis. I can take a supplement (glucoseamine and chondroitin) which helps but it is not perfect. But I could take two medications and go to sleep at night for 12 hours. Or taking the same two medications one hour after waking up and taking an 8 hour nap. Hopefully not emptying my bladder while sleeping

Hey.

Did you get "the Big Freeze" yet?

Freezing drizzle during the Tuesday evening through the very early hours Wednesday here and now snow on top of that to make it very slippery where it is not sanded nor salted. We are supposed to get 3 to 6 inches ( 7.62 cm to 15.42 cm) of snow from Friday night through Sunday morning. It was down to about 5 degrees F (-15 C) this morning so it is rather warm. The nice thing is the skies were cloudy since I had my eyes examined which meant that they were dilated.

Today we still have above +10 degrees Centigrade - rain just started.

Tomorrow (Sunday) temperatures will fall and on Monday snow is expected with temperatures from -5 to 0 degrees Centigrade...

You are getting cold weather and Hell, Norway, is warming up with ice and snow first but then it should be up to 7 or 8 C if doing the conversion in my head is correct.
