i´d vote for Chogei too

photo was taken when she was scrapped betwenn 1946 and 1947 after being used for shuffling back japanese soldiers after the war

nice picture - must have been hard to find

Almost has to be Chogei; virtually every other IJN vessel of that size with a long forecastle was sunk.
