I purchased several Matrix Games in 2006 and one so far in 2007. I like UV, WITP, WPO, Hapoon but, there still hasn't been that 3D evolution in naval games, Distant Guns didn't even come close!
I don't think 2006 was a great year for naval wargames, ok! [:D]
