Unless I'm wrong, in which case it can be found at Rugged Defence

Elmo is here and not enabled yet, but he is thinking of getting TOAW III.

A long time gaming buddy and I are looking for a good PBEM game but he is worried about the complexity. Neither of us really has time to wade through a very complex set of rules anymore. Any thoughts on that?

One of the real ueaties of T3, in my mind, is that there are two complexities to play it at.
Simple and Complex. One could go their entire life only playing the simple version and have a very fun time.

Not optional rules, just different ways of playing.
You can really dive in in an effort to learn every complex aspect of the game, or you can play the game well, but not worry about the extreme complexities that the game can hold, and still have a lot of fun.
