Why the CSA hordes???

I check this forum once a day for news of the patch.  Well, this and to read Cap Mandrake's WITP AAR.

Ok, I guess it's time to put this game away again until the new patch.

Southern Steel as union making very little and slow progress against the great game AI which I am impressed with, but let's be fair.

Finally making progress in the West Summer/Fall 63.  So the reb AI sends Lee and his large army west to stop Grant.  Great time to mount an offensive in the East as well so my Potomac boys head down.  After all Lee is gone, there is still a large reb army in staying in Richmond, I might as well take out their depleted shenendoah boys.

So all in one turn.

The Potomac boys find themselves fighting an amazing 155,000 army, and these are the remnants![:@]

Out west the Rebs attack two spots in Tenn with 125,000 and 115,000 men armies.

This is a great game with fantastic potential.  But not just worth playing against the hordes.[:(]

It appears to be fixed. Stay tuned. We're in the very, very final stages of internal testing.

This new patch will break old saves, though, so anyone in the middle of a game they care about might want to finish it up.
