If he IS in fact playing against Swift, then that's hardly a "beginner".

he is playing with/against me - you may call it social work [;)][:'(]
I think Marky has and had his funny moments, he just had to learn to keep it down a bit.
From what I have seen in his older games and an AAR on another forum he is a quite good Allied player

I may be a moderate/good Allied player nowadays, but I am really bad as Japanese ( never ever really played a Solo game as Japs, I am part of a 2vs3 game as Japs )

Ok, which scenario is this?.
Cant be stock, A to A is not bloody enough?

Is your opponent a beginner?, think so because he is sending VERY small TF's to engage your strong ones.

it is indeed stock guadalcanal

I play too much Allied.....with the Allied ships you can do this quite good...you can sometimes even call it "bug" - try to use single carriers or a single battle ship without screening units - works just fine.

This is probably because of the Allied radar.

Now I will only use bigger forces - at least as soon as I have some in place

So far this is an Allied fanboy's dream . . . it's clear the six-gun IJN CA's are not up to the job![:-]
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?
