Anyway, I'll strongly prefer a more classic solution : if the production of a 10000 prod points center is halved, then it says 5000 points and the costs of the units are standard. I find it far more intuitive. And after all, that's exactly what happens when a production center is damaged. Keeping things working and displaying the same ways makes the information easier to gather for poor humans like me
