MFS got his file over to us (thank you!) and it wasn't corrupt, it was a bit for bit  correct copy of the scenario editor.  Next we'll pick on the harpoon8.dll file which has cause some issue.

harpoon8.dll replacement didn't help on one case of SE not working.  Info gathering program next...

Anyone having trouble getting the Scenario Editor (SE) to run, please download and try out the following program.  You can unzip it anywhere but into the HC directory might be handy.
