Is that some kind of bug . I sea it is 1.21 . Can you explain me what is instaled on this PC ? . I am not at home and owner of this PC can't remember and can't help me .

1.21 sounds to me like the public beta from sometime this spring. Is that possible, that the computer's owner never installed the official patch when it came out? Regardless, it does sound like you need to download the most recent patch.
