I got this message - any idea why?

You don't have permission to access /RHS Scenarios/RHS Level 7 Package Installer/RHS_Level_7_Installer_1.3.zip on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Did both of you notice that your link is slightly different than the one that I had posted?

I did. I got my link by going to the site and then clicking through the pages to reach the download link for the installer. When it failed, I simply copied the link and pasted. I think the link you posted works fine but it only gets you to the page that shows the installer. The problem occurs when you try to click on the installer link there.

The latest version of the installer for RHS Level 7 is available here:

http://rapidshare.com/files/99633242/RH ... er_1.3.zip

This version updates the scenario files to the latest release, updates the pwhex.dat to the latest version and changes the PWHEX switching utility to the Mark II version, which is quite a bit more flexible than the original. Please post if you have any problems and I'll try to fix them. Thanks.

I have tried to download from the above link. I finally have a high speed connection and didn't anticapate a problem. However, each of several tries has resulted in getting an error message and a try again after I enter the requested security code. Don't know what I am doing wrong?

I was able to do it fine - after Mifune fixed it. There is also the Rapidshare site - but I cannot get THAT one to work.

Note that there is likely to be an update to this program in a day or two.

If not, you need to drop at least ship class and ship files onto the installation - or one KGV upgrade is missing a turret.

RHSEBO will be part of the next release - which except for pointers is done. I made air groups sync with it - and got rid of some
an ancient Japanese cruiser (Tokiwa) - and failed to modernize two others (Idzumo and Iwate - both officially classified as CA).

The bad record is 1403 and it needs device 27 in slot 3.

I just tried downloading the RHS package installer file myself and had no issues.

Buck,
The rapidshare link (above) seems to work ok for most but not all folks. Now that Mifune has the package up at the RHS site:

http://rhs.akdreemer.com/RHS%20Scenario ... Installer/

that's probably a better option.
