Hmm it's bit strange that only Mediafire links work not for my end (they sometimes work but not in this case for example) but else file sharing servers (I suppose?) are ok[8|]...

One thing to note
The "Russian Steel" campaign is not a finished product, not sure how that even got into the pack
I guess I am getting senial.
so if you see anything wierd if you start that campaign thats why.

Hi,

I studied the various categories and landed here. I know that CTD's are never going to be solved but I amn getting a lot of them using the DVRN mod. Si I will either have to accept them of delete the program.
But.. I was playing the ENH Das Reich campaign and some units are strange. In the opening scenario a Special Ops GRP looks like a truck on the battle map, says it is a groiup of men on the unit screen and the picture on the unit screen is that of a German twin engine bomber. Another unit looks lie a tank on the battle map, has a picture of a tank on the unit screen but has the folloing weapons only: kar 98K rifle, Strelhanar, MP 38/40 SMG, and a Walther P38. Has this been reported and if I have placed this in the wrong section just tell me and I will move it.

You must have BOTH the ENH version of DR, and the ENH mod installed. If you do, it sounds to me like one of the installs is incorrect, or failed.

I thought I put all of the following:
v8.20
v8.30
v8.4
v8.403
SPWAW+Enhanced+DVRN+2008.zip
Enhanced+Scenario+and+Campaing+pack+2008.zip
ENH+Desert+Campaign+Chapter+One.zip
ENH_update_Feb_2008.zip
Whoever has the power might want to consider a consolidation of some of these files.

Whoever has the power might want to consider a consolidation of some of these files.

Matrix versions 8.2 to 8.403 must be installed in order and cannot be combined.

Looks like you are trying to install too many things.

this is all you need.

Simply install SPWAW up to latest version 8.403.
Then , using modswappper, install Enhanced 2008 (Full Mod) either DV or DVRN, which ever you choose.
Then the Scen and Campaign pack 2008.

all other files are redundant and can cause you problems with double installs of mods and such.

SUGGEST YOU START FRESH

Thanks for the reply. I think too many people post inacurate information because I can show you the posts that say information was left out of the main mods and you need to add the others also.
I was just playing it again and I lost several turns again. When you cuse the C key to select a specific weapon it locks up. I will start over and uninstall everything.

I checked the site and it does not mention the 2nd zip file --Enhanced+Scenario+and+Campaing+pack+2008.zip
When I try to use modswap with file I get an error -- "An error occurred trying to read this Steel Panthers Mod File. The archive may be corrupt. Unable to install this mod file"

the scen and campaign pack is not a mod file.
it is a simple zip file that you need to unzip to your "campaign" and Scen folder
