Armored Brigade - New freeware game

It's got a lot of potential. I hope the developer gets around to the WWII version in the near future.

I don't think it's even possible create a sim like this in turn based mode and keep
some realism. This is one of the wargame types that needs to be in realtime in my opinion.

What's wrong with Panther games engine btw? I thought most liked their implementation of realtime.

Hey marcus - That's a can of worms you just opened. Just look and see what the next 5 - 10 posts will be like:  Me? I like both, prefer turn based, but love the HTTR/CotA real time implementation. That opinion is not shared by everyone around here.....[;)]

Same here. Only reason I didn't buy CoTA, is the theme. When they reach East Front then I am buying .
On the other hand, I did buy the first game when they were with Battlefront.

When will they remake FireBrigade?

After downloading it and poking around in it I think this could one great game.
 
I know for sure that about three weeks of art work would make this look as good as any 2D game out there.

I did contact the guy who made this a week back, and he did say he could really use some help with the graphics.
