Sorry I'm a bit late on this one but as Joe Dolce's mum would say, "Ah shaddup you face!".

This thread reminded me of that song.

What's a matter you?
Hey! Got-a no respect,
What-a you think you do?
Why you look-a so sad?
It's-a not so bad,
It's-a nice-a place,
Ah shaddup you face"

Ultravox fans are still filthy about this track keeping Vienna out of numero uno [;)]

Know exactly where you're coming from - I rarely buy anything but Matrix games now and one side bonus is that downloading means no more "why do need another game? All the ones you've got are the same. Blah, blah, blah"

Thanks all. Downloading now. My wife is going to kill me. Thankfully its a download. Matrix saves us alot of explaining when the "package" arrives if it wasn't for downloads.[:D][X(]

Here's one for the books...Any of you jokers are aware of what exactly COTA means in Greek ? ( no, not shud uppa yu face)It actually means " chicken"...( the animal, not the state of being)
So go ahead and play with your " chicken " , you deviant beings. ( and here I thought this site was about wargaming)[:-][:-]

According to my sources, the Greek word for chicken is kotonouyo . I don't know how they pronounce that word, but cota seems unlikely. I can see there is some similarity-although minor. It is perhaps enough of a similarity to cause someone who is fixated on a certain type of chicken to become aroused,
For those that see "chicken" in every word, try to focus on the flags and equipment of those you are trying recreate (while playing CotA)-rather than humanistic deviations. [;)]

And for all those fortunate enough to get to this year's Origin's convention in Cleveland Ohio, look out for the local bus stations and the buses which proudly have emblazened on them the word COTA, standing for Cleveland Ohio Transit Authority. And no we didn't have to pay a cent for such clever subliminal advertising. [:)]

Good point Sir, Actually cota is the diminutive form, my Greek friend assumed I knew that. ( as if I'm Greek, which I'm not) Death to chickens...

Yes you're right...see what an absence of a few years ( and old age ) does to your memory. [;)]
