Well, there is also a scoring summary. But I removed it just in case I have angered the Gods on Mount Olympus.

Basically it was this. Shows between the stats and the play by play

I'm quite certain that the General Public does not get the scoring summaries - but you can use the Play Analyzer to get something very similar.

Should be a nice and happy addition though.

So far, Tombstone just looks strong. They score when they have to and the ball seems to bounce their way.

Week 3 is done. There was a 'sort of' upset. Kinda early in the leagues history and season to call a game an upset, but based on their play and record, it qualifies.

Also noticed a stat irregularity. Had a player with 595 tackles. Now thats a stud.
I will probably go over the gamelogs and see how many he really had, and fix it. I temporarily changed it to 59.

Yep. That's an upset alright. Tough loss for the Gunfighters.

Big, BIG game coming up with the Stallions.

Hang 'um high Gunfighters!

They just let DC get ahead. Once a team gets ahead in 8 man ball, it's tough to catch up.

Funny, but the wacky stat with the guy getting 595 tackles was a weird one. In reality the guy has never made a tackle. He is a DL that was playing Center. Not sure what happened. I keep the teams on human control, and set all the depth charts myself, but that one slipped by me. I will change profiles around prior to the draft and then turn the teams to AI control for the draft and TC. Then back to human for the season. I would like to let the AI control teams all the time, but I just dont like the way the depth charts get arranged in 8man.

Week 6 is complete.

Did Tombstone recover from the Abilene debacle?
Did Abilene build off the big win?
Is Laredo still on top?
Blah Blah Blah?

Wow. Tombstone gets a tough victory. But, Loredo next week is a huge contest. A win over the Texans would be sweet.

I changed playbooks around a bit. I took a bunch of plays from the PIFL, and a few others and made about 4 somewhat unique playbooks. I pulled the offensive situations out of Hacks playbooks and stuck them in mine. I basically have mini 8man versions of the Hack ver3 playbooks.
Tombstone obviously prefers to throw. They were hammered by Abilene. Abilene excels at running the ball. They have 2 wins since the new playbook. I switched Tombstone back to their original playbook.
Dodge City has improved a bit with their new playbook, but I think they just are bad. A couple drafts and they may see improvement.

Well, I ran into the KR cant be tackled bug. And, lost the results of the game between Deadwood and Dodge City. Being the obsessive compulsive type, I decided to sim thru the rest of the season and then revamp and re-tool, figure out what rule change can prevent the bug, if at all.
So, I use 5 minute quarters anyway, and so when I simmed a playoff between Tombstone and Abilene, it went on, and on, and on, and on, and.....you get the picture. The gamelog was 128k and here are the stats.

I dont consider the sim to be a bug. I use 5min qtrs on a 100yd field, and the default simgame file. Most of the simmed games end as 0-0 ties or 3-0. But, it was a wild boxscore.

Great I am really excited about following it since it is an 8 man football league.
