Since nobody is replying from Matrix, I'll give it a shot

Excuse me....but if you don't like the thread...move on. Image

I'm very saddened to find out through this thread that apparently David Heath has gone to his great and final (not to mention justified as anyone who would run a wargaming company should qualify for sainthood) reward, and left Deputy in charge... David was a very dear friend and co worker of mine going all the way back to the old Gamers Net days. I will indeed miss him greatly. It is reassuring to know, however, that he has left this fine bastion of wargaming in such capable hands.

In his new role Mr. Deputy has teased us with hints of his grand plans to take Matrix - and more specifically the CS series to new heights of success. Since this forum section is titled "John Tiller's Campaign Series Support" I will be waiting with bated breath as he rolls out his plan to further extend support of Mr. Tillers fine wargame.

For now, I will get my popcorn, and sit down to watch the progress.

Regards,

Der Oberst

Sarcasm and derision are lost on me. Wasting your collective breaths. And there is a lot more than just me and Barker that have no use for tank-killing mortars.

Well I had several issues with Matrix, I even posted to the questions in the appropriate form to Matrix....no response, posted on here and got crap...so the heck with I am a member and have every right to vice my concern and stiplate what has occured to my game on my computer....you know if you are not in that clique of the beta brigade or whatever platoon it is...you get ignored and told the ideas you had are stupid or ignorant......Have you as on the Beta Brigade gotten over the Hump of adding an Army Commander to the promotion List? Have you thought about as a group of lets say einstein the theory of relativity....ie words....if i develop it  will it break and will it answer all the questions everyone has....hmmmmmmm...let me see ...Like I said before Eye CANDY is good but some of the process in order to get to the end result is terrible...the bridging stuff...the aircraft is cool but guess what it is scenario specific....LCG's is the same as 10 individual scenarios predefined with finite units....ever thought of adding that candy to the whole package instead of individual things..

As someone who's sort of peering at all of this from an outside perspective, obviously, Deputy, you have every right to express your concerns with certain game aspects. Of course you do! That's fine. The problem, as I see it, is that you seem to be doing so in EVERY thread in the JTCS forum. Nobody denies you your right to issue a complaint, sir, but you're sort of turning every conversation in the forum in to the same complaint. You have the right to complain, but you don't have the right to transform the entire forum in to your complaint.
