You can't do anything about the things themselves, so you have to shoot down the Betties (or bomb them at their bases).

NO, they will not fly.....

Well to elaborate, there are more than one flavor of Betty. The way the game handles "okha" is to make them a part of a special Betty that only flies Okha. So these special Betty's and their Ohka are one entity. The "normal" Betties will continue to operate as always regardless of number of Okha.
