If you have a save that duplicates this, could you zip up your /profiles sub-folder as well as your /logs sub-folder and e-mail it to me at erikr@matrixgames.com please?

The retail version is officially published by Tri-Synergy. Technically, they support the retail side, but realistically we'll support retail too as it's the same version as ours and we worked together on the release.
