Ive uploaded my host file, then issue backup to everyone, as David did.

Did some testing(1.0505) other day, didnt think about it, but went back and redid today and got same result, then i remembered this thread.
But cant be sure if related.

If a nation is run by Ai/(possible skipped to) it sets VP down to 0.
Note before the execution it still had gained Vps and had VPs(% on chart etc), so it has to do with its execution.
