Germany Su 41

The campaign in the Atlantic was renewed, resulting in 1 TF damaged and another sunk.
In the Indian Ocean our elite sub finally had some damaged and had to return for repairs, Italy's docks were kindly put at Germany's disposal.
Barbarossa had finally taken place, the rearm campaign followed by the Soviets and their steal and spyness on German technology has finally stretched germany's patience. We cannot let this go on... [:-]
All border regions have been taken, losses were bearable on our side...
Norway had to be taken to avoid WA aid to the USSR , they have only 28 supplies.

Japan Su41

Japan has decided to strike before the US could put to full gear their industrial capacity, a LF was sent to scout the western coast and found that there were only one fighter escort to protect the CVs, after weighing up our chances an attack was decided onto the US west coast.
The Japanese fleet was ordered to put into practice all lessons learnt while their training exercises along the Pacific, a hard blow was launched against the WA transports.

Japanese army forces were not completely ready to strike in the South East Pacific, so secret were the navy plans, therefore no big gains were obtained this term.

Germany Fa 41

Soviet defenses in Kharkov were too heavy to be attacked, little gains were obtain in the fall, OKW is somewhat worried.
No Atlantic attacks all uboats were repairing or out of position.
The screenshot shows german postitions in Russia at the beggining and at the end of the turn

Japan Fa 41

The expansion isn't going as fast as it should but for now no US fleets are in sight.

Allied Fall 41

The Soviets dig in at Leningrad, Moscow and Kharkov ... air raids from Kharkov region hit rail targets in Rumania and factories in Austria.

The Brits undertake a limited counteroffensive, seizing Spanish Morocco. In the Middle East British bombers and CAGs hit Italian airfields and convoys.

The Pacific is abandoned to Japan as the US mobilizes. A single CV strike in the North Pacific sinks a Japanese LS.

Axis Wi42

Germany reinforces Kiev and hopes to be ready for the soviet blizzard, will the reds come?

Japan in a daring attack sunk two US flattops and mauls US airforce in the Western Coast [8D]. The LF is avenged [:)]
On the other side of the Pacific New Zealand is conquered by Japanese landing forces, along with the Celebes Islands and Mandalay a strong Brittish airforce in Southern India prevents any raids there, instead North India's factories are damaged with one HB sent home for repairs.

Turn sent

Allied Winter 42 -

The bad news from the Pacific continues to pile up; a defending group of 3 FTRs and 2 CAGs is overwhelmed by 4 attacking Japanese CAGs, with disastrous results for the USN.

The Chinese are slowly rebuilding ... Australia, India and Pearl Harbor are vulnerable to further assaults.

The Germans appear to be contained on the Russian front ... the Soviets are able to mass enormous ground forces in Kharkov, with heavy concentrations in Moscow & Leningrad. Sturmoviks fan out from their heavily protected bases in Kharkov and score 4 rail hits. The WA continue to harry the German perimeter with air and naval attacks that sink 2 trannies, damage 3 resources, 1 rail and 1 Italian fighter. A veteran German sub in the South Atlantic takes on 5 attacking LS and breaks even, damaging one of his attackers.

No they didn't but if I'm not wrong this is correct since they only have moved one area though with double cost, it is still only one area and then the penalty doesn't apply, correct me if I'm wrong:

I think you're correct Rafael; there's no range penalty in this instance.

Sp 42

Germany:

Rail tracks were bombed in Kharkov to disrupt supplies, soviet artillery is stronger than german and is preventing from achieving the combined arm bonus, attack has to be cancelled.
Also tracks in Rostov were hit but with a high cost, one TB hit.
Kursk was again retaken just to destroy soviet supply dumps (4 supplies).
In the Atlantic on TF was sunk, but the italian sub had no luck and got no preys this turn.

Japan

PH was again raided , two BB damaged and one LF sunk
Queensland in Australia was invaded
In order to prepare for the invasion of India airfield bombings took place in Southern India, the odds were 3.15 (attacker) to 3.65 (defender) and again the japanese pilots seem to be up to the circumstances, see screenshot.

Allied Spring 42 -

The Luftwaffe pushes a heavy concentration of fighters and CAGs into Western France, challenging the weaker RAF in southern England. The British pull their aircraft back to Scotland, but the Germans have left a hole in their defenses, with no fighters or flak protecting Western Germany. 4-range British heavies score 5 factory hits, then pull back to Scotland to join the fighters.

ASW teams damage German, Italian and Japanese subs; CV strikes damage a German BB in the Baltic and sink another trannie in the Western Med.

Axis Su42

Germany: let's hope I have filled all gaps this turn, new aircraft and AA guns have been place to repel Brittish Bombers, a US BB was sunk in England.
Kiev was again reinforced. This is going to be like Verdun or Kursk...
Stalingrad's factories were damaged.

Japan: Invasion of India had to be placed on hold, a tactical retreat to Rangoon would have been convinient but low supplies prevented this possibility, our glorious army will have to defeat the allies or die[&:][:(].
NonethelessIJA turned it's aim to Australia, were things could go easier, will the allies be able to reinforce it [&:]
A BB was sunk and another damaged in PH no more fleets there

Allied Summer 42 -

The Soviet Union begins the first counterattack of The Great Patriotic War; liberating the freedom loving people of Finland from the Nazi puppet regime in their midst. The Soviet navy sorties for the first time, momentarily clearing the Baltic of German shipping.

A CV strike through the straits of Gibraltar scores on an Italian BB lurking in the Western Med.
