Yes it is an A-26. Here is a good picture of the curved landing gear panel

Too big for a Tigercat.  It's possibly an A-26, though I'm not convinced of that at all.  I don't know what that dark thing is on the bottom side of the wing just outboard of the nacelle.  The picture is out of focus, so it's hard to tell.
