Now is the time to discuss the importance of the international dateline and it's relevance to the release of this newly unclassified document.

If tomorrow afternoon actually means later today, will AE be released tomorrow rather than in a few weeks?

Thanks Erik, but I think we would rather have predictable predictions!

Have a look here. And I made my original post yesterday, so the prediction was in fact exactly right. [8D]

Predictions or none... Seems to me that AE is closer to being installed on my PC than ever before.
Particularly interested in the "Collector's Edition" ! [&o]

Very good for now.

Liked:

Air combat detail, and the importance of altitude.
New land combat modes.

I like specially the reseve capacity. It will be great if it is linked to unit mobility(motorization, non motorization). Unclear in text.

Cons:

No midgets in Allied side.
Minefields can't be detected from air. I know this is too much but i also would like magnetic minefields could be detonated by proper airplanes, hehe [:'(]

note: in 13.2.1.5 says supply points are produced in Light and Heavy Industry. Seems incomplete since Refineries also produce, albeit low, supply points.

So will this tome cover the original game as well? It looks like it does from the contents, but just to be sure...

And thanks for including the "Designer's Notes" section in this preview.

I learned a lot from the manual excerpts, even after reading this forum obsessively every day for the last year and a half. It all sounds great.

Alas...it seems from the first page of the manual I will have to find other entertaiment for medical reasons:

PRECAUTIONS DURING USE:
- Do not sit too close to the monitor. Sit as far as comfortably possible.
- Use as small a monitor as possible.
- Do not play when tired or short on sleep.
- Take care that there is sufficient lighting in the room.
- Be sure to take a break of 10-15 minutes every hour.
